Step 1: Download and print the Application. Click on the PDF file below. As soon as you have printed it, give us a call: (925) 899-8449. We will first explain the program and answer any of your questions. It then takes about five minutes to go over the form on the phone.

Step 2: Fax it back. When we are done, you can then fax it back to us at: (925) 831-3217.

Step 3: Getting an answer. We will have an answer by the morning of the next business day. If approved, we will tell you how to finish the rest of the original paperwork and mail it to the lender to start the process for funding.
