Give us a call: This is the easiest way to start the process. Call (925) 899-8449. We will explain how it works and answer any of your preliminary questions. When you are ready to proceed, we will e-mail you the one page application. You will simply print it and give us a call. We will go over the form for approximately five minutes and then give you instructions as to how it can be faxed back to start the process. You will get an answer by the morning of the next business day.

If approved, we will show you how to fill out the rest of the paperwork and give mailing instructions in sending the originals to the lender.
